If you have a flight departing between those high traffic hours, I highly recommend you give yourself a little bit of extra time. There is currently road construction at the I-670/I-270 intersection which adds to the traffic as well. Airport and Surrounding Area Trafficĭuring the work week, the traffic on I-670 is heavy between the hours of 6am to 9am and the hours of 3pm and 6pm (EST local time). After passing a traffic light for Swanson/Tech Center Dr, you will see Sawyer Rd on your right (with a golf course being on the left). Once you get off at the exit, you will want to head south. You can get to Hamilton off of I-270 by taking exit 37. The back entrance can be access off of Hamilton Road (OH-317). The main road is International Gateway and it can be access either by taking exit 9 on I-670 or by coming down Stelzer road from the north or south.
